You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

4. Products and Services Brand Creators offers digital products, online courses, done-for-you services, and consulting. All descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

5. Purchases and Payments By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change.

6. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a course or digital download has been purchased and access has been granted, no refund will be issued.

Exceptions apply in the following cases only:

• Done-for-you services: A refund may be issued if the agreed service was never commenced or delivered.
• Consulting sessions: A refund may be issued if a scheduled session never took place and was not rescheduled.

No refunds will be granted on the basis of dissatisfaction once access to course content or digital materials has been provided. If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact us at hello@brandcreators.co.za within 7 days of purchase.

7. Privacy Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
